Fredricks scores winner

BANGALORE: Hindustan Aeronautics Sports Club (HASC) prevailed over CIL by a solitary goal scored by Fredricks in the 45th minute in a C. Puttaiah Memorial football tournament tie at the football stadium here on Wednesday.

The match was marred by two red card suspensions. HASC’s Murali was booked for a blatant foul on Vinod and as CIL’s Gopalakrishna retaliated he too was booked.

MEG earned a walk-over as BEL failed to put in an appearance in the second match.
