Air Deccan plane makes emergency landing

Nagpur: A Delhi-bound Air Deccan flight from Raipur to Delhi with 178 people on board, including the former Chhattisgarh Chief Minister, Ajit Jogi, made a safe but emergency landing at the airport here following a technical fault in the engine on Wednesday.

The flight was on its way from Raipur when it was diverted to Nagpur where the aircraft landed at around 7 p.m., airport sources said. — PTI
