Thrissur: Thrissur Pooram concluded on Thursday. The 30-hour celebrations ended with ’Upacharam Cholli Piriyal’, inwhich the idols of the Thiruvambadi Bhagavathy and Paramekkavu Bhagavathy were taken back to the respective temples at noon.Procession of the Paramekkavu contingent began at 7-30 a.m. from Manikantanal to the accompaniment of Pandimelam, led by PeruvanamKuttan Marar.
