Lebenshilfe founder T. Saraswathi Devi will attend the third annual International Forum of Special Needs Children to be held at Doha (Qatar) from April 20 to 23. The theme of the conference is sport and ability, according to a press release by principal of Lebenshilfe Special School N. Sudha Rani.
