Five arrested

BERHAMPUR: Rabi Nayak, Gangadhar Nayak and Apanna Pradhan of Chhamanda village under Buguda police station in Ganjam district were arrested on Friday for beating up a mentally retarded youth from Nayagarh district to death. They had beaten up this youth in February this year after the attack of naxals on Nayagarh. The suspicious behaviour of the mentally retarded youth made them believe that he was a naxal involved in Nayagarh attack.
