Talks fail; unions firm on stir plan

Thiruvananthapuram: Three organisations of the KSEB have decided to go ahead with their proposed strike on April 23 to protest against the move to covert the undertaking into a company. This follows the failure of the talks which KSEB chairman Rajeev Sadanandan held with their representatives here on Friday. The former declined to give an assurance to the effect that the board would not be converted into a company as demanded by the latter.
