Technopark firm acquires U.S. company

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Accentia Technologies, a Technopark- based firm specialising in Healthcare Receivables Cycle Management (HRCM) has taken over the New Jersey (US)-based Oak Technologies and its subsidiary company, Vasant Scribes, operating from Hyderabad.

The Bhuvaneswar (Orisaa) unit of Vasant Scribes also becomes part of the Accentia network.

A press note issued by Accentia here said all the 700 employees of Oak Technologies and Vasant Scribes would be retained.

Mr.Viswambharan said negotiations were on for the acquisition of six companies in India and abroad.
