HUBLI: Members of the Autorickshaw Drivers and Owners’ Association of Navanagar, belonging to Hindu, Muslim and Christian communities, organised a mass marriage on Sunday on the occasion of Hanuma Jayanti.

As many as nine couples belonging to Dalit and backward communities entered into wedlock on the premises of Maruti temple, which was built by autorickshaw drivers in 1992.

The association provided cloths and “mangalasutras” to the couples.
