Hari Singh CA claims title

New Delhi: Superb bowling by Robin Chaudhary (four for 46) and a good knock by Amit Gupta (72) helped Hari Singh Cricket Academy beat Malik Sports by 41 runs and lift the 31st All India Jawahar Lal Nehru memorial cricket tournament for Raj Kumar Kohli running trophy at the Nehru Youth centre ground. Chaudhary was named the Puma man of the match.

Sanjeev Tomar was declared the best bowler, Parvinder Singh the best batsman, Praveen Gupta man of the tournament and Harshit Dhingra best wicketkeeper.

The scores: HSCA 259 in 33.4 overs (Amit Gupta 72, Ramiz Niyamat 52, Karan Chaudhary 30, Praveen Gupta 30, Waqar Ahmed five for 28) bt Malik Sports 218 in 31.1 overs (Joginder Singh 55, Mohsin 46, Robin Chaudhary four for 46). — Special Correspondent
