Certificate course in yoga

The Institute for Yoga and Consciousness, Extension Wing, Andhra University is conducting a three months certificate course in yoga from May 1. The course will constitute asanas, kriyas, prayanamas, bandhas, mudras, yoganidra, meditation and theory classes dealing with fundamental concepts like yogic worldview, types of yoga, and physiology and psychology of yogic practices. There is no age limit but candidates should have completed class X . Interested may contact Yoga Village Office, Beach Road, between 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. or on 2566640.
