Chandigarh: Punjab Congress will stage road- blockades on Tuesday at Patiala and Ludhiana divisions to protest against the “apathy of the Government” towards lifting of wheat lying in the mandis. A Punjab Congress spokesman said that State party chief Rajinder Kaur Bhattal will lead the symbolic traffic blockade in Patiala on Tuesday. The roadblocks will be held only in the affected districts.
