Infant’s body found

VIZIANAGARAM: The body of a baby boy was found in a drain at Prema Samajam in Poolbaugh area on Monday. The boy seemed to be a couple of weeks old and had an adhesive tape stuck on the body with letters “S/o Appala Narasamma (all capitals). When police did not turn up in spite of a complaint locals, who are clueless about the new-born, cremated it at a distance away from the spot. Correspondent.
