Software engineer robbed of valuables

BANGALORE: A three-member gang robbed a software engineer of his mobile phone, wrist watch, ATM cards and Rs. 400 in cash while he was travelling with them in a car on Saturday night.
According to K.R. Puram police, Naseeb Akthar was waiting for a vehicle near Tin Factory to return to his home. A car stopped near him and the driver offered to drop him. After going for two kilometres, the person travelling with Mr. Akthar called another person on his mobile phone and asked him to get into the car.
On Marathahalli Ring Road, the driver and two passengers assaulted Mr. Akhtar and relieved of his mobile phone, watch, ATM cards and the cash.

A four-member gang hit a software engineer and relieved him of his gold chain near J.D. Mara in Mico Layout police station limits on Saturday night.
