Road blockade

ARUPPUKOTTAI: Hundreds, led by Kamma Naidu Mahajana Sangam leader, Kanagaraj, staged a road blockade in front of the Aruppukottai Deputy Superintendent of Police office on Tuesday demanding the arrest of culprits behind the murder of a real estate agent, K. Murugan.

Murugan was found murdered by unidentified persons on April 1.

A police video camera was snatched and damaged by a few protestors, the police said. The agitators dispersed after officials promised prompt action.
