Mystery shrouds death of couple

NUZVID (Krishna dist.): A labourer couple died under suspicious circumstances at their residence at Pallelavari Modu near here on Tuesday. The reason for their death is yet to be established. The victims were identified as Kukati Deva Sahayam, 32, a mason, and his wife Ramadevi, 25, a farm labourer.

The police said that Deva Sahayam married Ramadevi five years ago and they had no children. Ramadevi was under medical care. On Tuesday morning, the bodies of Deva Sahayam and Ramadevi were found hanging from the ceiling of their two-roomed tenement. During the primary investigation, the police found that the couple had no quarrels with anyone.
