Srinivasan scalps four

CHENNAI: S. Srinivasan’s four for 18 enabled TE-IPL CA script a seven-wicket win over JS Rao in the Kedar’s Pearls Trophy under-11 cricket tournament held here on Tuesday.

In another match, Kedar ‘A’ registered a narrow two-wicket win over Abdul Jabbar CA.

The scores: Abdul Jabbar CA 102 for nine in 25 overs (R. Rohit 29, T.S. Siddesh 25) lost to Kedar CA ‘A’ 105 for eight in 24.4 overs (S. Arvindh 27, R. Rohit three for 10).

JS Rao 98 in 23 overs (Sarath Raj 57, S. Srinivasan four for 18) lost to TE-IPL CA 99 for three in 16.5 overs (Prathan Bharath 43 not out, Shyam Sundar 28).
