TNGOs demand filling of vacancies in region

Sangareddy: Telangana Non Gazetted officers association president Swamy Goud addressing the press here on Tuesday, demanded filling of vacant government posts in the region for better implementation of welfare programmes. He pointed out that the State government has been squarely blaming its employees for the tardy progress, while the employees are overburdened due to shortage of sufficient manpower. He also demanded formation of a new pay commission as on July 2008, to rationalise the pay structure of the employees keeping the current rate of inflation in mind. He announced that the TNGOs would continue its fight for the implementation of the G.O. 610.
