Patna: To ensure speedy disposal of cases pending against minors in Bihar, the State Government has set up Special Police Units (SPUs) for juveniles in 33 districts. The State Government had asked these units to look into the complaints of juveniles with sensitivity and speed up the existing disposal rate, officials have said.
