CHENNAI: HR services provider and staffing company, Ma Foi Management Consultants Limited (Ma Foi), has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Global Adjustments Services Private Limited, a relocation and cross-cultural services company, to combine their service offerings and cater to their clients worldwide. Addressing presspersons here on Wednesday, K. Pandia Rajan, Managing Director, Ma Foi Management Consultants, said Ma Foi would offer HR services to Global Adjustments clients while Global Adjustments would offer destination services to Ma Foi’s clients. The partnership would make Ma Foi a one-stop-shop for all HR needs of clients. Ranjini Manian, Founder and CEO, Global Adjustments, said the destination services provided by Global Adjustments to Ma Foi’s clients would include realty, relocation, immigration, setting-in-services, cross cultural training and event management. Expansion plansMr. Pandia Rajan said, as part of geographic expansion plans for the year, Ma Foi, part of the Vedior group, would be expanding its operations in the West Asia to Kuwait and Qatar. The company would cater to the HR needs of companies in the oil and gas, EPC, banking, finance and insurance sectors.
