Novartis to cut malaria drug price

GENEVA: Swiss pharmaceutical giant Novartis said on Wednesday that it will cut the prices of its malaria treatment Coartem by 20 per cent. The new price of 37 cents (0.23 euro) for children’s doses will start from Friday which is World Malaria Day.
