Eschew blinkered view: What works best for beast may not work for man. Blinkers keep horses on the straight and narrow path. But helmets such as this one, many scooterists complain, restrict their vision sideways, making them sometimes vulnerable to accidents. But could that be an excuse for not wearing helmets, so essential for protecting lives? A scene in Chennai.
