More hands for passport office

Steps have been taken to solve the manpower shortage at the Passport office here.

According to an official release, the district administration has taken up the issue with the Chief Passport Officer. Collector, S.S. Jawahar, who visited the office on Wednesday, said steps were also taken to provide basic amenities to applicants.
