Registration of elephants

KATTAPANA: Idukki District Collector Ashok Kumar Singh has directed the owners of domesticated elephants in the district to register their elephants before April 30. The direction was given as part of the programme for registration of all captive elephants in the State. The arrangements for registration have been done at Kunnam junction on Karimannur - Thodupuzha route, the Collector said and added that the owners should furnish all the relevant details of the elephants.
