Event for the differently-abled

NEW DELHI: The chairman of the Medical Relief and Public Health Committee of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, V. K. Monga, inaugurated a programme for mentally and physically handicapped children in Krishna Nagar here on Thursday.

The programme was attended by children studying in MCD-run schools of Shahdara (South) Zone. Over 250 children were given slippers, tricycles, wheelchairs, hearing aids, spectacles and special shoes.
