‘Water supply for all illegal colonies’

NEW DELHI: Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit on Thursday said her government was committed to providing piped drinking water supply in all unauthorised colonies of the Capital where lakhs of families live.

Inaugurating an underground reservoir and booster pumping station at Chitra Vihar in East Delhi, the Cheif Minister said that the government had chalked out a plan to provide all amenities in the unauthorised colonies that are due to be regularised soon.
