CHANDIGARH: Haryana Governor A. R. Kidwai and Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda have condoled the death of former Haryana Governor Babu Parmanand in Jammu on Thursday. In a condolence message, Dr. Kidwai described Babu Parmanand as a kind-hearted person who fought and championed the cause of the poor and the downtrodden, especially in Jammu and Kashmir and Haryana. “The void created by his death can never be filled,” he added. Mr. Hooda described Babu Parmanand as a great social worker.
