Boy killed

KOLLAM: A three-year-old boy, Hariprasad, was killed and eight persons injured when a pick-up van ran into them at the Vellayittambalam fork on the National Highway in the city early on Monday morning. Those injured are Hariprasad’s family members and relatives. Three of them, including Hariprasad’s father, Sivan, are in a critical condition.
