Karan beats Ashutosh

NEW DELHI: Karan Rastogi defeated the national hardcourt champion Ashutosh Singh 6-1, 6-2 in the pre-quarterfinals of the $15,000 ITF men’s Futures tennis tournament at Taizhou, China, on Thursday.

In the quarterfinals, the 480th ranked Karan will meet Toshihide Matsui of Japan.
