Grievance cell

Thiruvananthapuram: The Federation of Residents Associations, Thiruvananthapuram, (FRAT) will launch a grievance redressal cell on Saturday. FRAT president Pattom Sasidharan Nair and general secretary Paraniyam Devakumar said the federation was planning to organise adalats to dispose of complaints from city residents.

Ministers and elected representatives would be invited to participate in the adalats, they said.
