Lion dies at rescue centre

Druta, the oldest lion of the Animal Rescue Centre, died due to multiple organ failure on Friday. According to the zoo curator Rahul Pandey, the 25-year-old animal had been suffering from health problems due to old age. Druta who was visually challenged was shifted to the centre from Famous Circus of Kolkata in 2002.
