Young sugarcane ryot commits suicide

Sangareddy: Twenty-year-old sugarcane farmer Hanmathu of Anigunta village in Zaheerabad mandal who attempted suicide on Thursday, died at Gandhi Hospital on Friday. He had consumed pesticide. Hanmanthu had cultivated sugarcane in five acres. The local Trident sugar mill refused to take his produce for crushing. –Staff Reporter
