FAPI anniversary

VIZIANAGARAM: The Federation of Andhra Pradesh Industries (FAPI), which completed 12 years on April 6, will be celebrating its anniversary in Hyderabad on June 14.

Coinciding with the occasion, it has decided to honour industrialists selected in each sector from South India, according to B.V. Rama Rao, FAPI president. Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy will be invited as chief guest. At a press conference here on Saturday, Mr. Rama Rao urged the Chief Minister to allot land free of cost to small and medium industries and extend ‘pavala vaddi’ scheme to them.
