Seminar on traditional, ethnic foods concludes

HYDERABAD: The two-day national seminar-cum-exhibition on ‘Traditional and Ethnic foods’ that focused on strategies for giving impetus to the traditional and ethnic foods through setting up food processing industries concluded here on Saturday.

The seminar organised by Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FAPCCI) held technical sessions on ‘Marketing and training’ and ‘Setting up of food processing industries’ with experienced professors and agri scientists acting as resource persons.

Chairman of Agriculture and agri-industry committee Shyam Sunder Pasan presided over the meeting.
