Varanasi: Four persons, including three women, were burnt alive while several others sustained serious injury in a fire at Devara Khas Raj village under Raunapur police station in Azamgarh district, police said. Over 40 huts were gutted in the incident . A spark from a wheat threshing machine ignited the fire in a hut and it soon spread to neighbouring dwellings. The victims were identified as Matia Devi (30), Gomti Devi (58), Patiraj (56) and Shobha Devi.
