KOCHI: The State policy on water will be brought out soon after the Left Democratic Front examines a draft policy, said M. K. Premachandran, Minister for Water Resources here. He was inaugurating a workshop on Kerala’s water policy and measures to protect its water resources here on Sunday. The workshop was organised by the Kerala Gazetted Officers’ Association, Ernakulam District Committee. The Minister said that water was public property and that the Government had the responsibility to ensure that it was made available to all. K. Krishna Panikker presided at the inaugural.
