MSD Pharma launches JANUVIA

NEW DELHI: MSD Pharmaceuticals, a wholly-owned subsidiary of U.S.-based Merck & Co Inc. on Monday launched its patent medicine under the brand name, JANUVIA, in the diabetic care segment and aims to tap four per cent market share in the domestic pharmaceutical segment by 2015. MSD is launching JANUVIA, chemically known as ‘Sitagiliptin’, in sixty cities simultaneously. — PTI
