Anganwadi workers demand arrears

ADILABAD: Anganwadi workers and teachers of Boath Woman and Child Development Project on Monday demanded release of salary arrears for five months related to last year. Despite release of the money by the government local department authorities were not releasing the arrears causing lot of hardship to the workers. Addressing a press conference here All India Trade union Congress district general secretary S. Vilas and others the arrears also pertained to TA and DA for the relevant period. - Staff Reporter
