20 hospitalised

Hosur: Twenty people from Bathalapalli village, near here, were admitted to Hosur Government Hospital for diarrhoea. The condition of the patients is said to be stable. A team of doctors from Hosur rushed to the village to provide medical aid to people in remote areas following reports of diarrhoea outbreak. More than 30 people were treated as outpatients at Hosur Government Hospital. Consumption of contaminated water is said to be the reason behind the outbreak.
