Over 800 file papers for second phase

BANGALORE: More than 800 candidates have filed their nomination papers for the second phase of elections to the Assembly to be held on May 16.

Sixty-six constituencies in 10 districts will go to polls in the second phase. Tuesday was the last day for fining of nomination papers. The scrutiny of nominations will take place Wednesday, and May 2 is the last day for withdrawal of nomination papers.
