JD(U) releases second list of candidates

Bangalore: The State unit of the Janata Dal (United) has accommodated seven Scheduled Caste and two Scheduled Tribes candidates in its list of 23 nominees for the second phase of elections on May 16.
The nominees are Balappa (Lingasugur - SC), C.V. Mallikarjunaswamy (Kushtagi), Vijayakumar (Kanakagiri - SC), Gunjahalli Nagappa (Gangavathi), Sumitkumar Pujari (Mangalore City North), Dharmendra K. (Mangalore City South), Harish Alva (Mangalore), S. Moti Naika (Hadagali - SC), L.C. Moti Naika (Hagaribommanahalli - SC), Revannaradhya (Vijayanagara), T. Chakravarthy Naika (Kampli - ST), Talluri Parthasarathy (Bellary Town), Bhagirathi Naika (Chellakere), S.C. Shivaprakash (Chitradurga), Swamy (Holalkere - SC), Lalithakumar Jain (Davangere North) Ashoka Reddy (Davangere South), Rajunaik H. (Mayakonda - SC), Simha (Honnali), V.A. Halesh Babu (Shimoga Rural - SC), N. Manjuladevi (Shimoga), K.S. Satyanarayana (Sorab) and Lokpal Jain (Tarikere).
