Trendy sportswear for the Under 14

The right start The ‘Kappa Under 14’ launch event saw Arjun Maini in power-packed karting action.

BANGALORE: Who says children are not trend-conscious and brand-aware? And no one knows this better than Kappa, the Italian fashion sportswear brand. Kappa, introduced in India by LMG Brands, launched its sportswear range for kids, “Kappa Under 14,” here on Tuesday.

The collection, which comprises a stylish range of sportswear for boys and girls, is designed to appeal to kids in the age group of four to 14.

The launch event saw Arjun Maini, the Under 12 fastest Indian on wheels, make his way to the audience in a power-packed karting spectacle. The sportswear, comprising T-shirts, skirts, shorts, pants and tracks, are priced between Rs. 300 and Rs. 1000.

On the occasion, Johnny John, president of LMG Brands, said: “Kids in urban India are increasingly stepping out and choosing an active lifestyle for themselves. Sports and sports-related engagements are their preferred activities,” he said.
