FITTEST SURVIVE: A crow makes a meal of an Olive Ridley hatchling at the Rushikulya beach in Orissa's Ganjam district. The Rushikulya river mouth is a major nesting site for the endangered species. It is estimated that only one out of 1,000 baby turtles survive into adulthood.
