Mumbai: A local court has allowed the Uttar Pradesh Police to take custody of gangster Brijesh Singh, who is in the custody of the Mumbai Police in connection with a 16-year-old shootout case here. Sessions Judge D U Mulla granted permission after the Varanasi police sought the custody of Singh, who is wanted in six criminal cases by the U.P. police.
