Patna: Charges were framed against veteran Maoist leader Ajay Kanu and five others on Wednesday by a local court for their alleged involvement in the killing of a policeman in 2002. A fast tract court headed by Om Prakash framed charges against Kanu and five others for their alleged involvement in the clash between the naxalites and gang members of Shivji Singh alias Dhuan Baba in which the policeman was killed at Kandak village in Patna rural district.
