Amritsar: Police on Wednesday arrested three narcotic smugglers and recovered 12 kg of heroin, allegedly smuggled from Pakistan, from their possession. SSP Kunwar Vijay Partap Singh said Vidyasagar of Jammu, Baldev Singh of Ludhiana and Rajbir Kaur of Amritsar were arrested from the main bus stand in the city. Vidyasagar had allegedly smuggled the narcotic substance from Pakistan through Jammu and it was delivered to Baldev to be sent to Delhi, he said.— PTI
