Largest electorate in Bangalore Urban

Bangalore: The Bangalore South Assembly Constituency has been formed by carving out some areas from the erstwhile Uttarahalli and Anekal constituencies. Begur, Subramanyapura, Vasanthapura, Gubbalalu, Vaddarapalya, Anajanapura, Pillaganahalli, Gottigere, Kotanoor, Raghuvanapalya, Doddakalla Sandra, Alahalli, Konanakunte, Chunchaghatta areas from Uttarahalli, Jigani, wards 28 to 31 of the erstwhile Pattanagere CMC are in this constituency. It has the highest number of voters among the seven Assembly segments in Bangalore urban electoral district.

Anekal (SC)

The size of this constituency has been reduced by shifting some areas to Bangalore South. It now has Kasaba, Attibele and Sarjapura Circle of Anekal taluk apart from areas of Anekal TMC. It has the lowest number of voters and also lowest number of women voters among the seven constituencies in Bangalore Urban district.
