‘Fight against 12-hour norm’

Sangareddy: CITU State council member Chukka Ramulu addressing a May Day rally here on Thursday called for united fight of employee and worker unions against the proposed twelve hour day norm by the union government.

May Day was celebrated throughout the district and the CPI(M) activists organized rallies in all 46 mandals. Many unions including BHEL RC Puram celebrated May Day by hoisting flags in front of their factories and trade union offices.
