PUDUCHERRY: Union Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs and Planning V. Narayanasamy, along with president of Puducherry Congress Committee A.V. Subramanian, and Health Minister E. Valsaraj would visit Mahe on Saturday. A procession would be held to welcome the ministers to the region. Agriculture Minister V. Vaithilingam, Education Minister M.O.H.F.
