CHENNAI: B. Karthik bagged six wickets for 33 runs to help Kedar CA to a 136-run win over Prahalad CC in the semifinals of the Dicky Super Trophy u-16 tournament. The scores: Kedar CA 243 for nine in 30 overs (M. Varunkumar 25, Prateek Bokaria 72, U. Sasidev 61) bt Prahalad CC 97 in 26.5 overs (K. Mukund 28, Ganpath Sethia 25, B. Karthik six for 33). Kancheepuram DCA 133 in 49.5 overs lost to CSSF ‘A’ 137 for one in 30.5 overs (B. Aparajith 81 not out, R. Ananth 44 not out). Aircel, Vodafone in finalAircel and Vodafone qualified for the final in the VS Sports Network Telecom Twenty20 cricket tournament here. Aircel beat Airtel by 20 runs and Vodafone defeated Reliance by three wickets in the two semifinals. The scores: semifinals: Aircel 136 for five in 20 overs (Preethi Vardhan 51 not out, Manikandan 21 not out, Vindo Victor two for 22) bt Airtel 116 in 18.1 overs (Anand 30, Kanav 37, Venkatraghavan four for 28, P.
