Petition rejected

NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court has dismissed a revision petition by a murder accused challenging an order by an Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate here allowing his extradition to the United States to face prosecution for allegedly killing an Indian woman there way back in 1999. Dismissing the petition by Kamlesh Babulal Aggarwal, a Division Bench comprising Justice Vikramjit Sen and Justice Rajiv Endlaw said the prosecution had been able to prima facie prove that the accused was a strong suspect in the crime.
